This is our second purchase from Beloved and they are an awesome company to do business with! First the quality of the products is top notch. The Handsome Squidward hoodie we ordered for our son a couple of years back has held up fantastically in the hands of our middle school kid. The print is still good, no fading or tears or anything. The hi-chew hoodie we ordered is made with the same quality and we have no doubt it will hold up just as well.
Now for the title: The hi-chew hoodie we received was missing the print on the sleeves when we received it. This was right before Christmas and was pretty much the #1 thing my kid wanted (I question his taste in clothes sometimes but it makes him happy so whatever). We contacted Beloved and within 3 days (including the Christmas holiday) we had a response, sent over pictures, got a response acknowledging that this was an error on their part, and another hoodie was sent to correct the problem. Thats 100% great customer service and there are many companies out there that could take a lesson from Beloved here.
