Request a Return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us, so we've made returns easy and free (for US customers only). If you need to return an item, simply follow the steps below and we'll take care of the rest.

1. Log in to your account here: account.belovedeverything.com
2. Enter your email address and click "Continue"
3. Check your email for a verification code and enter it on the website
4. Find the order you want to return and select the item(s) you want to send back
5. Choose a return reason and add a note for the store
6. Click "Submit Return Request"

If your return is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. Once we receive the returned item(s), you will receive a refund.
